SM stands for sumoll, an indigenous Catalan grape which is going through a sort of renaissance in the area. Medium ruby colour. Floral, spicy nose with red liquorice aromas followed by a pleasant palate despite the variety’s distinctive tannic edge. A good pairing with a large variety of dishes.
