This is made from old Verdejo vines grown in the province of Segovia. The wine is fermented and aged in 500- and 600-litre casks. Pale lemon colour. Floral, scented nose with white fruit and light touch of oak. On the palate you can feel the lees, followed by toasted notes from the barrel but in balance with fruit.
