This is one of the new village wines by Can Matons. Grapes are sourced from 60+-year-old vines planted on sauló, as granite and sandy soils are called in Alella. Fermented and aged in concrete vats and oak vessels, the wine displays white fruit and nutty aromas but it really stands out on the palate thanks to its marked salinity and long finish.
