The hot 2007 vintage results in a more powerful, liquor-like Cava, yet it retains the brand’s distinctive complexity and finesse. Toasty, creamy nose with dried herbs and petrol aromas. This is a full-bodied, powerful Cava but is armed with crisp acidity. Lots of potential here, but better to lay it down for a few months. Disgorged on 16th July 2018.
