Medium golden colour with greenish reflections. Expressive herbal infusion, dairy and fine autolysis (brioche) aromas. Remarkably fresh and with a small and well-integrated bubble. This is a perfectly crafted Cava with a long and delicious finish worth looking for despite not being the current vintage on sale.
