As part of Recaredo’s focus on indigenous grapes, Pinot Noir is gradually being removed from this blend, but Intense still maintains its singular deep colour —rather unusual for a sparkling rosé. Sweet red fruit (strawberries, cherries), toast and honeyed aromas. Savoury palate and bright acidity even if the finish is a bit dry and bitter.
