A benchmark Bobal in Spain, grapes are sourced from three plots with 80- to 90-year-old vines planted on sandy soils. The wine has been aged in 600-litre barrels for 10 or 11 months, but the oak goes unnoticed. Pure fruit with amazing depth and minerality. This is a mouthwatering red with well-integrated tannins. Great value.
