Pedra de Guix 2015 Blanco

One of Priorat's most original whites both for its blend (almost equal parts of Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo and Pedro Ximénez) and the style (slightly oxidative nose with petrol aromas and a broad, mineral palate that reminds of dry stones). This wine is intended to be enjoyed with food and to develop with time. A must-try from a producer who plans to produce the same amount of white and red wines in the near future.
