This wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel vats for 30 months. It shows great delicacy and features very prominent white and stone fruits, as well as bay and syrup on the nose. It is exceptionally intense and concentrated on the palate with great persistence, a long finish and minerality. A white for laying down that will improve in the bottle.
