This red wine is more consistent and has more weight and alcohol than Safrà, but still displays Mando’s distinctive thyme aromas and a red fruit profile. Unmistakably Mediterranean but less heavy or warm than the average in the area. The maturing process in amphorae goes unnoticed on the palate.
