Sus Scrofa is the Latin term for wild boar, an animal that illustrates the labels of many wines from this producer. Medium purple colour. Wild red and black berry aromas. A tasty, light to medium bodied red displaying the distinctive Sumoll tannins which will probably go unnoticed when paired with food. An easy to drink, vin de soif.
