Tasted just before bottling. Intense red cherry colour. Alluring and oozing finesse on the nose (rose petals, cherry liqueur, paprika). Red fruit and earthy (mineral) notes are finely blended on the palate ending with a warm (slate) and smoky finish. A big personality derived from the area's slate soils.
