Grapes are sourced from three different plots grown at 700m and the wine is aged in a 2,500-litre foudre. Deep ruby colour. You can tell this wine has been fermented with whole clusters as the rustic edge comes through but the fruit is really pure with good depth. A distinctive, expressive Mencía.
