Manuel Raventós Negra 2008 Espumoso

This is Raventós i Blanc premium sparkling wine with zero dosage. This vintage is a blend of Xarel.lo sourced from the Clos, the coldest plot in the estate, Parellada from sandy soils in La Creueta and Macabeo from Vinya dels Fòssils. Lemon colour. Complex and well-defined nose with infusion herbs, brioche and fine toasted aromas. Round, rich and elegant palate leading to a long finish with almond notes. A great Spanish sparkling wine.
