M. Antº de la Riva Fino Balbaína Alta

A single-vineyard, négociant Fino, grapes were sourced from the Balbaína vineyard. The wine displays the complexity of an old Fino (roasted apples, toasted almonds, fine creamy notes). Very dry in the mouth, particularly savoury and briny, with a somewhat dour chalky character, but still retaining creaminess and finesse. Incredible length. The best part begins as soon as the first sip has been swallowed.
