Las Cañadas Bobal 2015 Rosado

A direct pressing rosé aged in 600l. barrels for seven months, this is the personal project of Javier, the youngest of the Ponce brothers. 2015 is the first vintage and will be entirely sold in Sweden. Grapes are sourced from a 40-year old plot planted by the grandfather with some scattered white grapes which are included in the blend. Vivid salmon colour. Blood orange and herbs on the nose are followed by an unctuous, saline palate with fine bitterness on the finish. A different rosé.
