Deep ruby colour. Concentrated black fruit, pencil lead, beef broth. Savoury as it enters the palate, rather warm later and showing some marked citrus acidity followed by an extremely clean finish. Feels like a mixed bag right now, but I'd love to retaste it in a few months.
