This wine is made from grapes sourced from 30+-year-old vines planted in seven plots that belong to the family. Each plot is fermented and aged separately with its lees in stainless steel tanks for six months. The wine is clean and fresh with green apple aromas and a hint of petrol adding complexity. Lots of freshness and citrus notes on the palate.
