Granite soils add a subtle, refined character to this single-vineyard red that moves away from the customary robustness of Bobal. Complex, evocative aromas with hints of violets and red and blue fruit (plums, blueberries) and a fresh, savoury palate with lively acidity. This definitely makes you salivate -it evolves nicely in the glass, too.
