Medium straw colour. Fennel, green apples and citrus aromas. Savoury and balanced on the palate, well-defined, persistent and with a pleasant grapefruit note on the finish. A really fresh Cava that works very well as an aperitif - the magnum format offers extra freshness and intensity compared to the standard 75 cl. bottle.
