This widely available Cava Gran Reserva (production 2m bottles), never disappoints. Yellow colour with a greenish hue. Fresh aniseed and herb aromas combined with fine toasted nuances (grilled bread) and the sort of complexity achieved with extended aging times. Fresh and clean on the palate with a creamy texture and bright acidity. Pleasant citrus and bitter flavours (grapefruit) and toasted notes on the finish.
