Juvé y Camps Finca La Capella Gran Reserva meses Brut 2005 Espumoso

This is the first vintage of a limited production (3,000 bottles) Cava that has been aged for over eight years. Grapes come from a single plot located in the Espiells vineyard lying on a distinctive shallow chalk soil. Golden colour. Candied citrus aromas together with fine toasted nuances (brioche, bakery). Powerful and toasted notes on the palate with well-integrated bubbles, but still joyful and lively. It finishes with a long mineral and salty character.
