Aged in egg-shaped concrete vats, this Verdejo is becoming one of the most interesting whites from José Pariente and is really outstanding in this vintage. Pale lemon colour. Fine nose with well-defined citrus character (lemon zest). It shows weight on the palate with an unctuous texture. This is a fresh, expressive, long white.
