The premium range of Jiménez-Landi comes from old-vine, high-altitude Garnacha from El Real de San Vicente, the only village in DO Méntrida within the boundaries of the Gredos mountains. Piélago is a village wine bearing the name of the mountain that looms over the vineyards. This is an aerial, fragrant Garnacha fermented with whole bunches. Rose petals aromas, vibrant acidity and chalky notes on the palate. Lots of character at an affordable price.
