This is a blend of Pinot Noir sourced from El Coster, a plot from which a single vineyard, single varietal Cava is made, and Chardonnay, sourced from Finca La Pleta from which another label is also made. An exuberant wine, with honeyed, tropical and stone fruit aromas over a toasted background. Savoury and fresh palate, yet rather sweet but some additional time in bottle may integrate that sugary edge.
