This is a Txakoli intended to develop in bottle. Golden colour. Complex nose with lots of herbs and white fruits notes and a distinctive saline edge. Deep and unctuous yet fresh and lively, which confirms that it takes some three years for this wine to express itself. Long finish with salty notes.
