Bright ruby colour. Exotic nose with syrup, kirsch and balsamic aromas evolving towards hazelnuts, toffee and chocolate notes. Very fine and luscious palate with bright acidity; voluptous character. The texture is as lovely as usual in this producer, with lots of chocolate notes but a firm structure.
