The best parcels in the Espiells vineyard are destined to this 70-month old Cava. Deep golden colour. Its long aging process (toast and bakery notes) derive in powerful but fine aromas. This is a creamy and almost opulent sparkling wine, with plenty of toasted nuances and a pleasant tart character on the finish.
