This is part of Codorníu’s new premium range of single varietal, single vineyard Cava. It includes three high quality wines with 11-12 gr/l of residual sugar. This one may not appeal to fans of bone-dry bubbly. It tastes rather sweet even if there’s good acidity too. Golden colour with greenish rim. Honeyed nosed with white fruit, scrubland, white chocolate and toasted aromas; still young.
