This is part of Codorníu’s new premium range of single varietal, single vineyard Cavas. With 10 gr/l residual sugar, it comes from chalky soils. Golden colour with greenish rim. Complex and powerful nose with lots of citrus fruit and fine aromas of grilled bread. Almost rich on the palate with lively, vibrant citrus acidity. I would love to see how it develops in the bottle over the next couple of years.
