This is the first Demeter-certified vintage of Imperial as a result of the successful project "Alliances per la Terra" that seeks to get local wine growers to embrace biodynamics. 550,000 bottles are on release from 82,5 Ha of vine. The wine displays good aromatic intensity with citrus, white fruit and toasted bread aromas. Really fresh, with plenty of creaminess on the palate and ready to be enjoyed.
