A really outstanding Cava which can compete with top sparkling wines from classic regions. Gramona pushes aging times to the limit and manages to succeed obtaining complex toasty (praline) aromas along with petrol notes, aromatic herbs, dried herbs, almonds and figs. Powerful and elegant, it boasts great acidity and vibrant, persistent flavours. A serious, bone-dry Cava (this is a Brut Nature so no dosage has been added), perfect to pair with food.
