Gramona Enoteca Brut Nature 2006 Espumoso

A pinnacle among Spanish sparkling wines in a vintage of remarkable quality. Aged for more than 160 months under cork, it displays the elegance and ageing potential of Mediterranean bubbly. Still lively in colour, it has great complexity on the nose (ripe citrus, brioche, dried herbs in the background), wonderful balance and a wealth of nuances. The most impressive feature, however, is the creamy, refined texture that leads to a long, clean, dry finish.
