Medium golden colour. Not an intense nose but delicate and quite complex with ripe white fruit, bakery and classic smoky aromas from Chardonnay. Savoury and creamy texture on the palate with lemon zest and additional smoky notes. This Cava will go very well with medium-flavoured cheeses and white meat. Elegant and restrained style.
