Excellent txakoli from a rather warm vintage which allowed perfect ripeness. It is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia (Petit Corbou), a grape of some relevance in the province of Bizkaia. Lovely, deep nose with candied lemon fruit. Consistent palate with perfectly integrated acidity and distinctive briny notes on a long finish. It really delivers a great deal for the price. A very smart buy.
