This is a single-varietal white made from Hondarrabi Zerratia (Petit Courbou). Grapes are sourced from selected vineyards and the wine is aged with its lees in stainless steel tanks. Medium lemon colour. Floral and honey aromas are followed by a well-defined palate showing more complexity and texture that the young version.
