Fino Dos Palmas 2015

The Fino Palmas collection explores the aging potential of Palomino grapes along four aging stages. This is stage two —a very old Fino aged for eight years in the traditional solera system. The year 2015 does not refer to the vintage but to the date when it was drawn out of the cask. Less powerful on the nose than Una Palma, it displays nutty, wood and green olive aromas followed by a dry, powerful palate with nuances of hazelnuts and old furniture.
