Intense ruby colour. This wine has deep, mineral aromas with hints of the Mediterranean (rosemary) and notes of roasted pepper from the Cabernet. It is strong and well structured on the palate, with an acidity reminiscent of mandarin orange and firm tannins. It still has potential to develop.
