2012 was the first vintage but 2015 is the first one to include up to 20% whole bunches. Deep ruby colour. Subtle nose with fine herbs and pomegranate aromas. Sweet fruits and tomato jam on the palate are counterbalanced by herbs and a bitter finish. Not your average Monastrell; it showcases the high altitude vineyards it comes from.
