Intense garnet in colour, this wine comes from the El Rincón vineyard on the Viña Lanciano estate. It features soft notes of aniseed and herbs, giving it complexity, with underlying aromas of ripe plum and spice (clove, bright tobacco, almond). Flavourful on the palate with smooth tannins and a long finish. This is a great Rioja that treads the line between classicism and modernity.
