Clos Ancestral 2022 Blanco

Forcada is the only white grape that Familia Torres is currenty planting in Penedès, specifically at 500m elevation in Finca Mas Palau. With picking taking place between late-September and early-October, it is a great tool against climate change. This first release inlcudes a small amount of Xarel.lo and is an unoaked, low-alcohol white aged under lees for three months. Following a nose with citus fruit, apples and some fennel and flowers, the palate is vibrant and nicely-textured. Truly fresh.
