Medium ruby colour. Very complex nose with seasoned fruit (bluberries, cherries), spicy and balsamic nuances (scrub herbs), red meat and orange zest. This is a complex and well defined red that keeps developing in the glass. Intense, elegant and juicy, with lovely texture and persistence. A great Ygay.
