Oak plays a discreet role compared to other barrel-fermented whites found in the area. Clean nose with some depth, well-defined white and stone fruit and a consistent, juicy palate. You can tell there’s been a painstaking selection of grapes in this wine, which is sourced from some of the few remaining pre-phylloxera vineyards in Valladolid.
