The idea behind this txakoli is to let it develop in bottle and the producer encourages this idea by selling old vintages at the winery’s store. Green apples, chamomile and stone fruit aromas are followed by a consistent, well-defined palate with vibrant acidity ending with a long finish The blend includes 20% of Riesling.
