A perfect choice to approach Priorat, this wine offers a seductive, subtle expression of the area. The nose is Mediterranean with alcohol-infused red fruit and aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme) over an earthy background with pine nuts. Gentle palate, with round tannins, a slightly warm finish from the slate soils but really balanced. Ageing in concrete works great here. Very good value for money.
