Aus Pét-Nat 2022 Rosado

Definitely, pét-nats are made for the summer and for any occasion that requires a cheerful and easy-to-drink bubbly. This one has an organic seal and comes from vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean sea, very close to Barcelona. Made with Monastrell and with moderate alcohol content, it is cheerful, with hints of sweet cherry fruit on the nose and the palate, enough acidity and a salty note on the finish. Pleasant, lively and suitable for all palates.
