Made from organic grapes, the Chardonnay included in the blend is fermented in barrels. Yellow gold colour. A trademark Cava style with characteristic aniseed and Meditarranean herbs aromas over a toasty background. This is a serious Cava with vibrant acidity and a clean, well-defined palate.
