The style of this wine has changed with the inclusion of Moravia Agria in the blend. This late-ripening, high acidity, low-alcohol grape variety is grown in Manchuela in Castilla-La Mancha and, given that the wine does not carry a DO seal, is freely blended with Almansa’s Alicante Bouschet. We recommend oxygenating or decanting to offset the reduction which is usually found in the wines of Envínate. Savoury, light-bodied, with plenty of red fruit notes and a dry, mineral finish. Very good value.
