Alabaster 2012 Tinto

Opaque garnet in colour, this wine features a very complex, elegant nose with floral aromas (rose petal and violet), turning into blue and black fruits (blueberry, black plum, blackberry) with delicate spice (nutmeg, cinnamon) and broom. Elegant and intense on the palace, with a balance between concentration and elegance and great persistence (black fruit, liquorice), as well as very subtle hints of wood. It is possible to refine Toro wines, and this one can be drunk now, but I would wait.
