Its production is tiny –just 960 bottles– but this great value white shows fantastic concentration and a lovely expression. Flowers, ripe citrus fruit and lees aromas are followed by a consistent, deep, savoury palate. Grapes have been sourced from different vineyards in Cadalso de los Vidrios. This is serious stuff, a wine capable of evolving over the next 3-4 years.
